Hi there, I was actually checking out my temps after putting in a new GPU and i got a bit scared of the temps i was getting.

I downloaded HWMonitor and went gaming for a while (Fan profile on normal).

I got up to 82C, is that too hot or ok?

And also while the temp is around 68-70.

Should I be worried or Can I pull off another test so you get more information ?

How many case fans, plus is the GPU heating up the case? Even if the cooler keeps the CPU at great temps, the GPU will heat up the case

I have 6 Fans in total.

3 in the front - Pulling air in

1 in the bottom - Pulling air in

1 top - Pushing air out

1 back - pushing air out

CPU cooler is pushing air out to the back (i think, i have to check)

Also, as soon as i was thinking about this i noticed 1 flaw. The one in the bottom pulling air inside and the GPU pushing air down isnt a great idea.

The case is not really heating up, I think I am going to break it down in the weekend and clean it up so I am going to rethink the fan positioning

Well, I opened up the PC, took everything apart. Cleaned every corner of the case and components.

Re-applied thermal paste.

Re-arranged Fans:

Now :

3 Front fans -  Sucking in

1 Below, Back and top pulling air out.

Idle looks like this:

been running idle for 20 minutes now.

Room temp : 18-20 C

Going to post later on when im gaming for an hour, what the temps are

GPUs suck air in, not out.
