looking for help for my first PC

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Destiny 2, rainbow six siege, some fortnite, apex.

hopeful that i can play at 1440p or 1080p at a decent fps

I suppose if you can find a 6600xt for cheap but keep in mind its a midrange gpu so set your sights on 1080 rather than 1440

do you think i could run low demand games at 1440p though? I mean 1080's fine im just hoping

Oh yeah if you play old enough games that can support 1440 then yes a 6600 can do that. Depending on the games and settings.

 

I actually played gta 5 at 4k with a gtx 1060 thanks mostly to medium settings and not minding 40fps so its possible a 6600 may end up being plenty for whatever the application is.
