yes you need to cool your cpu thats the one thing you MUST cool. also one fan is ok but two is very good.

and just case fans isnt enough to cool it properly.

If you want a quiet budget cooler, I would get a Hyper 212 Evo and put 2 Noctua NF-F12 fans on the heatsink.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is, indeed, a great budget CPU cooler, but those Noctua fans would cost more than the CPU cooler itself.

do i need a cpu cooling?

if - twin fan vs single?

i have got 4 fans in case 2 coolmaster sickle flow 120mm 69.69 CFM

and two antec stock fans 120mm 42.6 CFM

so pretty much well cooled but the cpu reads 29-35c

Air flow (sometimes measured in CFM) isn't everything, expecially when talking about high pressure cooling such as with heatsinks.

Your CPU temperatures seem to be pretty good.

from your temps, you have are pretty good. but I am assuming those are idle temps? which for a general

rule of thumb can be 5°-8° above ambient and still be a good range. needing an aftermarket CPU cooler

will help on loaded temperatures. if you are asking do you need an aftermarket cooler, depends on what

you are doing. overclocking the CPU, would be a deffo YES. no overclocking, simple help from an

aftermarket cooler like the CM 212+/EVO would help lower loaded temperatures and lower case temps.

as for what style or type of aftermarket cooler, that's all within your budget and needs.

I would recommend you to get the GeminII S524 since the Hyper 212 Evo is too tall for your case. This cpu cooler is 105mm tall: feature6.jpg

I would probably go with the Xigmatek one because it has copper heatpipes which offers better heat transfer than aluminum heatpipes which is in the S524 I think.

Hi,

I am a reviewer im my country, and I got a P193 V3, max 155mm Cooler with side fan.

The Noctua C14 is outdated and overpriced cooler.

The best solution for u, is the GELID TRANQUILLO 153mm.The performance is similar to CM EVO , just better in evey other aspect, much better.

This silence is a luxery, and my i7 still runs at 4.5ghz fine.

Change the topic name to "best cpu air cooler max 155mm?"

Because there are a lot of people with the same doubt on the net...

The benchmark results rate the C14 a few degrees worse than the NH-D14 at a slightly lower price and with a smaller form factor. How is it overpriced/outdated?
