X570 Wake on LAN?

I have always wanted to power on my computer through my phone with an app called 'Pulseway', I can shut it down remotely but I want to power it on now. Every time I try to run the command "Power On" It says "Power On command Failed" I Have WOL enabled in windows device manger but I can't find it in my BIOS. My Mobo is a GIGABYTE - X570 AORUS ELITE
