Multiple services

A numbers of services/processes are running in the background on my Taskmgr, and they look like they are duplicates, as seen in the picture below. Just wondering is this a normal thing, or is it an issue? Any of you going through the same? If so how did you take care of this issue? Thanks in advance.

Its same with Discord and Chrome. Taskmanager shows each server/tab as its own process.
