Gtx 1650 stutters

So I bought acer aspire 7, gtx 1650(gddr6) 8gb ram(ddr4) and i5 10300h, so I installed assassins creed black flag. It has way beyond recommended hardware but still I get like 45 fps pn land with power plugged in with high performance. I mean it's an old game right but still it struggles to maintain 60 fps always. Can someone tell me a possible solution. I get 45 fps on med settings.

No idea how to fix it but i have the same problem with every game i play i spent loads of money but it all turned out to be for average of 45 fps and when trying to play competitive games that isnt enough
