I need some help...I'm out of ideas.

Specs:

Intel 11900k (yes I know)

G.SKILL Trident royal 4800(2x16 GB)

Samsung 980 NVMe

ASUS ROG Strix Gaming RTX 3090

ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Hero

Corsair HX1200 PSU

The issue:

I get every game so far freezes for about 5 seconds then crash to desktop. The time it takes is anywhere from 3 minutes to an hour. I get no errors, no pop-ups, no warnings or information in event viewer. I have stress tested my PC on time spy extreme and it won't crash. I have no clue why it crashes in actual gameplay.

Things I've tried:

XMP both on and off

CPU stock and overclocked

MSI afterburner tweaks both over and under

Disabled all in game overlays

Safe mode DDU and reinstall

Flashed the newest bios on MOBO

Memtest86 pass multiple times

Reinstalled windows fresh

Those were some good steps to try!

Here are a few more:

Does event viewer show anything in application logs?

Reset CMOS just in case there is a weird option set or the IC got corrupted.

Download crystal disk, does SMART info show anything drive related? Any reallocated sectors uncorrectable errors or anything?

Then try a min config, power off the system and remove the cable every time. Remove one stick of RAM and try again. Make sure to try another stick in the main slot if it still works.

It wouldn't hurt to reseat the CPU and check the PSU cables to the MB CPU etc.

Yeah I reset CMOS before windows install. Still a thing. Just loaded crystal disk. Nothing serious reported. Will single slot RAM. Don't know though memtest86 passing doesn't leave me much hope of it being RAM.
