Your motherboard doesn't appear to have Bluetooth included. What exact USB dongle are you using?

I'm gonna have to buy a different adapter. No information on this one. Instructions say go to the website and install the drivers. Website doesn't have any drivers. Every forum I can find is full of people saying the same thing. As per insignia windows should be able to auto detect and install drivers but windows doesn't even recognize the device. Never had this issue with a Bluetooth device

What is the exact model? The majority of Bluetooth dongles use one of a handful of chips.
