rename widgets.exe

Hello, 

I want to rename Widgets.exe to Widgets.exe.disabled so that windows can no longer find the process. I tried it via the cmd console
(rename C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.WebExperience_421.20050.505.0_x64__cw5n1h2txyewy\Dashboard\ Widgets.exe Widgets.exe.disabled), 
sadly without success. Can someone help me? Maybe with a script? Don't want to uninstall it. I simply want to rename it so i can activate it again whenever I want.
