Budget (including currency): 450 USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming mostly, nothing much else.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  I'll be upgrading from a intel core i5-8400, and I'm looking for a good processor recommendation (Compatible with lga 1151) that won't bottleneck a RTX 3060 TI.

Full specs of your system (mobo, psu, case, etc.)? Would help in giving some reccomendations

You can prob get an 8700(k) or a 9700(k) as an upgrade to that cpu depending on mb and cooling

Motherboard is gonna be a "TUF B360M-PLUS GAMING S" with a PSU of 600, I'll upgrade before I get a new gpu for sure, am currently running on a 1060 3gb. If there is any cooling you could recommend that is efficient and will fit in my motherboard, that'd be great. I'm not 100% sure on what the case is, but it looks like it has some good air flow going on in there.
