A4Tech X7 755BK replacement recommandation

Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement for my A4Tech X7 755BM mouse, but I can't find any similar mouse. I use my mouse left handed,so i prefer symmetrical mice. I also need at least 5 thumb buttons (I use numpad to play game, so i need the extra buttons). Do you have any recomandation?
