No Signal to Monitor - Tried Almost Everything

Last week I booted as normal and everything activates; fans, GPU, CPU Cooler, e.t.c, however there is no signal to the monitor.

 

I’ve tried different HDMI cables, two monitors, replacing the RAM, replacing the PSU, removing the GPU to use motherboard graphics, and trying to jump Bios. Nothing has seen any change.

 

please help.
