I am trying to run my ram on an XMP profile

When I enabled my rams XMP profile I started to have staticky noises in my headphones and my computer screen went black and restarted.

Specs:

 

Ryzen 7 3700x

RTX 2070 super

32 gb ram ddr4 3600mhz

Before I never had XMP on and it would run fine so I assume that turning on XMP was the problem
