If the BIOS supports PCIe bifurcation on the first x16 slot, and you don't intend on running a GPU, possibly.

 

It will not work in the second x16 slot.

You need PCIe Bifurcation to support that card. There are some cards (more expensive natually) that have their own chipset that does that in place of the mobo's chipset that you can use...
