hdr400 HDR doesn't work in games

Soo... i've had my monitor for a while now and even if it's only hdr 400 i would still like to be able to use it when i feel like it. To not mix things up, i "can" use hdr if i enable it in windows hdr mode but when i'm in games the settings tell me I don't have a HDR compatible monitor. Is there a way to fix this?
I've heard that u can use 2 DP ports to "overclock" the monitor to 144hz, is it perhaps the same with hdr that i need to have 2 DP's connected to use HDR?

No clue what i should do since it worked long time ago when i just got it, now it only works in windows and "requires conformation" to use it in games

In your picture the use HDR button is OFF. If I'm not mistaken that has to be on, HDR mode has to be enabled on the monitor for it to work in games, if that switch is on OFF it won't work.

It depends on how the game implements HDR. Many rely on the Windows toggle, so if you don't have it enabled for Windows, it won't give you the option to enable it in game. I know Horizon Zero Dawn does this.

 

Toggle HDR on in the Windows Display settings and then see what options you have in game.

It worked for cyberpunk when i did that but some other games like "Far Cry New Dawn" still doesn't work even with hdr enabled in windows

Well it worked for the games i play now a days so i don't really mind it that much, just that it's a bit weird that i can't use it on games that i could use it on before...
