Can you flip atx motherboard in a p400a

Go to solution Solved by Mark Kaine,

how would flipping the mobo even help, air doesn't care in which direction it flows...

in fact if you think a "reverse flow" would be better you could just turn all fans around, but it probably won't.

it does in my case however,  i did it the other way around as they suggest... about 5c lower temps on average...

tbf they call the concept "extremely versatile" however  🤣

or you just get a better case, this (or similar)  will be my next:

(no mesh nonsense, just air : D )

I want to optimize my gpu for cooling in my case.  Is it possible to flip an atx motherboard in this case? Or do the holes not fit.

You mean like an inverted layout? No, you can't do that, the holes don't line up, the rear IO would be inaccessible, and the case just isn't designed for this. Besides, the P400a is already pretty good with GPU temps, if you want them lower just get an extra fan or two.
