Pc Boots To Back Screen After Using Bios

Hi Wondering If Someone Who Is Techy Can Help Me As I Got No Clue What’s Happening So When I Go Into Bios And Turn On XMP or Not Just XMP It Happens With Any Bios Changes When I Exit Bios My Pc Will Boot To A Blank Black Screen But When I Power My Pc Down And Flick Power Switch Off and on again then power on it boots normally anyone know what’s going on and how to go About   It And If There Is a fix ! Also sorry for caps on and off typing on phone with sensitive  button presses 😂😊🤟😎
