Question the pc turns off suddenly without showing off any messages since I upgraded my gpu

Hello, recently I have changed my GPU from a 1080ti that worked perfectly to a 3070ti Palit GamingPro. I have updated the bios and reinstalled the graphic card driver. The problem happens while playing games and sometimes on desktop , the pc turns off suddenly without showing off any messages.
I've done furmark benchmark for gpu , it didn't crash or anything .

i am not sure if the the GPU is the problem but it happened since i've changed my GPU .


I have a 800W power supply and a B450 strix F with 3600 . what could be the problem/ I have made sure all cables are perfectly fine. any suggestion?

What model of PSU do you have, what is your restart procedure? Is it just of? Do you have to reset the PSU? Anything else that is noteworthy?

You should DDU the GPU before upgrading to remove the 1080ti drivers.

seasonic 850w gold x-series m , the pc won't turn on again unless I unplug it's power cable and wait for mobo and pc leds to turn off completely then i will be able to run it again .

idk what can i add more than that .

 i did that using ddu . do you think reinstalling windows might help ?

Highly unlikely that this is software-related. As you mentioned, the PSU shuts of hard by it's own protections and you need tho reset the power before boot.

I find out that when i run insurgency sand storm the pc shutsdown, I've tried RD2 and bfv bf1. No crashes no shut down, all on ultra. But idk how could insurgency shutdown my pc. But it shutdown once or twice on desktop. 

 

I don't understand anything

its the psu. get 750w rmi or rmx.

yes. and thousands of others. its 99% the psu. the part with the power cable makes it even more obvious.
