New motherboard

Hey guys

 

So my MOBO and processor are officially decalerd dead so i got a pretty awesome deal at my local PC store for 85€ i get a I7 4770k and i get to choose between 2 motherboard's.

The asus maximus VI Hero or the asus sabertooth z87 so wich one would be the best choice?

the hero is matx i think, id go with atx anyday so sabertooth, the overclocking potential is basically the same unless you wanna get crazy with 8 rads

Both are good. Take the one that looks better to you. I'm tired of Red and Black so i'd go Sabertooth. Also it has a 5 year warranty. 

Since my colour sceme is all fucked up now it doesnt really matter wich one i will get based on colour but i will probably get the sabertooth because of the 5 year warranty and both are good overclockers

These days the motherboard doesn't really matter anymore when it comes to overclocking. Linus got the same oc out of a 100$ mITX  Gigabyte board as he got on a 400$ ATX Maximus VI Extreme.
