Attempting to change my boot drive to my new SSD

BearBlu

I recently bought a new SSD(Sabrent 1TB Rocket NVMe 4.0 PCIe M.2 Internal SSD Extreme Performance Solid State Drive) and have it in the place of my old SSD(WD BLUE SN550 NVMe 500 GB SSD) which I moved to another slot on my ASUS PRIME B550M-A AC motherboard. I wanted to know how to make my new SSD my boot drive, if I'm able to delete the old windows files off my old SSD after making my new SSD my boot drive, and if the other files and things on my old SSD that don't have to be moved/cloned/etc to make my new SSD my boot drive will be moved, deleted, or changed in some way after making my new SSD my boot drive?
