So yeah, I'm from Australia and thinking of building a computer and kinda new to this computer building scene. What are your opinions and am I missing anything? I am thinking of over clocking so do I need thermal paste?

@cyper_dog', I personally would swap the 840 Pro for an 840 EVO. It's AU$20 less, so you can save some money there and I would also swap the TN monitor for an IPS one unless you are a really serious gamer and need really fast 1ms response times of which I'm guessing that you probably don't, correct?

You probably don't need a 4GB GPU, unless you're using a 3x 1080p monitor setup or one QHD 2560 x 1440 monitor. If you're not then a 2GB GPU would suffice.

Oh I selected an 850 psu so you can upgrade to a second 780 in the future and it's also fully modular.

Gotta love that German engineering! :D
