PSU for budget build

Hello, I'm planning to build a budget pc with i3 10105f; h410 motherboard; 16gb of ram and gtx 1070. I'm looking for budget-friendly PSU and stumbled across Deepcool DN500 and Coolermaster MPE-4501-ACABW-BEU.

Are they reliable? Which one should I choose, or neither of them?

I don't really know much about PSU's.

Based on the model number for the Cooler master, I would say the cooler master is less dangerous than the other. What price point are these coming in at and where are you located? Seasonic Core models are available for about 60usd and are rated highly and quite safe and reliable, and new vs used.

And unless you plan on playing at super high res, that i3 is gonna bottleneck that 1070 massively.

Deepcool is 35eur (40usd) and Coolermaster is 32eur (36usd) and there's a Seasonic S12III 650w which costs 54eur (61usd) other Seasonic PSU's are way over my budget. I'm located in Lithuania (Europe).

I have a 1080p 144hz monitor. and currently, I have an i7 2600 which is massively bottlenecked by the GPU, and 10 years old codegen PSU that randomly restarts now and then.
