Pc not booting without gpu

When i pull my gpu out of my pc it just enters this weird boot loop but when the gpu is in it works completley normally.

(due to fan issues i tried to boot trough igpu to see if it would work)

Sorry for the cable management it is only temporarily

Specs:

Gpu: zotac gtx 1060 6gb mini

Ram: vengeance rgb rt 2*8gb 3600mhc cl16

MoBo: asus prime z690-p WIFI d4

well, then dont pull out your gpu i guess? if your cpu didnt come with an integrated graphics processor, you will have to use a dedicated graphics card.
