Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: minecraft, roblox, recording videos while playing those 2 games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 1080p at 144hz, amd or intel, doesn't matter, and I would prefer a dedicated gpu

Obviously, in the current market, the GPU is the hardest part. Here's my pitch. In an MSRP market, you'd pair this with an RTX 3060 Ti or maybe a used RTX 2080 Ti. Instead, in the world of 2021, your highest end option within budget is a used $420 GTX 1070 on eBay.

I mean you won't need much for playing those games, but for recording and/or streaming them as well, you'll want a solid dedicated gpu. Best I could find for your budget was a GTX 1650 for now.

An apu option

Since it uses igpu youll need to do some heavy ram oc so thats why the board and ram were chosen, expect to do 4500+ with ease on the rams but make sure to keep sync with fclk since ryzen apus can run ludicrous fclk speeds, the meh ones do 2100 and the good ones do upto 2400, golden ones might even do 2500 but thats very rare, buildzoid vids on ballistix ram oc should be a decent guide

The rest is some decent quality stuff just because theres still some leftover budget ¯\_ (ツ) _/¯

so what you are saying is that since I have an igpu I have to over clock my ram?

RAM OC is not magic and it is not that helpful for improving performance compared to just getting a dedicated GPU. A GTX 1060 3GB destroys the APUs and can often be found used in the $250 range.

You can search yourself on eBay for more options, but here's one from a seller with good feedback for under $420. If you buy it, make sure you test it thoroughly and remember that eBay has buyer protections, so don't let the seller try to say "all sales final" or other BS if it turns out to be a bad card.

It's a high quality PSU, fully modular, and it's on sale at Newegg for not much more than 550-650W options. I don't recommend skimping on a PSU if it's avoidable and I didn't see anywhere else in the build where $20 would make a huge difference. Fully modular is a good perk. Plus, a good PSU is something you can bring with you to future builds, so I find it to be a good investment.
