cannot update Windows or use Windows Defener

I am having a bunch of problem with Window 10.

1. Cannot remove bluetooth devices

2. cannot get any update: Download error - 0x80004002

3. Window Defener seems to be missing (see attached )

I am assuming all these problems are related but not sure how to fix the problem. Does anyone have any idea how I can solve these problems? I really dont want to reload windows right now.

That  is a good idea that I forgot about. It might work but my system is duel boot and I have had problems in the past where running repair install does funny things with grub.

Oh yea. It will override Grub, that's why I always install Grub on a separate drive.

You can always reinstall Grub in live boot though.

Yea I can do that. I think that you are right about boot repair+live disk for grub. I cannot do that until after I finish my dissertation. But Your advice will help me fix the problem when I get the time. Thankyou!!
