this is what I'd build, but I'd try to find a better GPU. the market is pretty bad right not, and this would hold you over until you can afford a good GPU in a year or so.

Budget (including currency): 1300 $ USD

Country: Sweden

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: F1 2021, COD Vanguard, Minecraft, Streaming, Apex and Forza Horizon 5

Other detail Hi. I have about 1300 dollars to work with and I want to get the best performance I can get for my money. I also live in Sweden. My goal here is to be able to play these games with as little lag as possible. I also want to start streaming. Right now I have a computer that struggles with the easiest games like CSGO. In the furture I’m aming to have 3 screens, all 1080p and 1 144hz . Do you guys have any recommendations or build I can use.

Not the best of circumstances of course, but I would easily recommend at least a GTX 1650 over any APU right now. You'll get way better fps, cooling, and performance.

Threw away any sort of uneccesary crap like rgbs, cheaped out on literally everything, and now you might be able to get a 3060 if you are lucky or even a 3060ti if you are willing to go abit overbudget

At this pricepoint if you wanna build something with a dedicated gpu rgbs have to go or youll be stuck with a pitifull 1650 or 1660, if you want rgbs then youll have to go overbudget

I'd recommend you to wait for the upcoming i5 12400 & 12400f CPUs. Also, they will launch with the cheaper 'B660' chipset Motherboards.
