rollback os without loosing data

hello! i had windows 11 for a while but ive now decided to rollback to windows 10, since i dont really like it anymore, but i have a problem: i cant rollback, the option is unavailable and i dont know what to do tbh, can anyone suggests me anything?
i dont want to lose my personal files and apps neither lose my windows 10 pro activated ( i dont have much money rn so im kinda struggling for buy a new one)

The only way to roll back is to format and reinstall. This will cause you to loose everything. Personal files can be backed up, but apps will need to be reinstalled. Im not sure about the license, if that can be used for Windows 10 or if it will be stuck on Windows 11. The roll back option built in to Windows 11 had a timer on it, after X amount of time passed it will no longer work.

the license should be tied to the motherboard,  if win 10 was previously installed on it... 

as for data... you will need to make a backup... i would recommend to clone your hard drive,  that way you can copy over a lot of stuff later, including games and such, youll have to reinstall some things tho, most likely.
