So I have an i7-4770k.

1. I heard that the chips from Costa Rica are binned better. Is this true?

2. What does binned mean?

chip A can hit 4Ghz at 1.1v, chip B can hit 3.5Ghz at 1.1v

Chip B is a lower binned chip.

chip C has a TDP estimate of 100w at 1.1v, chip D has a TDP estimate of 110w at 1.1v

Chip D is a lower binned chip.
