Video card too hot.

Go to solution Solved by Pixelfie,

Wait... Is that what I think it is? Is that an Asus Pheonix 1660 Super? That thing is known for getting so hot.

You can try undervolting and replacing thermal paste (probably like 10-20c difference when doing this)

Ok here's my dilema, I have a pre-built pc I purchased from a major retailer made by Cyberpower.  Came installed with 16 gig ram (upgraded day one to 32 gig)... I use the NZXT monitoring software to watch temperatures first off.  I have a GTX 1660 Super with what I feel a rather weak single cooling fan on it.  Video card while playing games runs from 65-85c consistantly at 10% load.   The pc came with 4 fans pre-installed (pic will be posted with tempered glass panel removed for easier picture)  that blow out.  I went to micro center to look into a water cooling system for the card because that was my concern of getting too hot for comfort, they told me they don't carry a water block for my card and said that water cooling wont boost performance.  Then recommended that i case swap or add fans to blow more air into the case (of which i did add on the top to blow in).  Fans are blowing at full speed drawing power directly from power supply, not the motherboard.  Anyway after installing the fans which are significantly louder than before... Did not help with the cooling of the video card which is at the bottom of the case.  At this point i don't know if a case swap would help.  Seeking any advice.
