PC just freezes for half a second

Hello everyone.
For some days now, I'm experiencing weird freezes during video playback (Youtube/Twitch) and gaming. PC just freezes for half a second with a buzzing sound in the headset and continue running after that like nothing happened.

Does it happen on videos locally stored on your computer

 

Also does it happen on another web browser (If you're using Chrome, try Edge, or Firefox?)

no the vedios not stored in my computer i'm using edge browser during gaming
