Cheap waterblock performance

Hi,

I am currently using a rather cheap CPU water block from aliexpress like this one:

How big is the performance difference between something like this and a decent water block?
I am using a r7 3800x, if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance

That block looks quite thin for water cooling. Flow is rarely unsafe with such ones, but it's simply not enough cooling for such a CPU.

 

Bottom review says that their r7 5800x managed to reach higher than 90 degrees when running CPU-Z's stress test. Surely a 3800x wouldn't do good either.

I am currently using this block without problems. I am just wondering how big the difference would be to a decent waterblock. Would like 2°C or more like 10°C?
