Its got good reviews but some people say it has a high failure rate. I'm wondering if thats as common as some of the reviews make it out to be.

It's decent, but what's your budget? Maybe i can recommend a better one for the same price.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
