Windows as audio mixer including surround sound and DTS.

Hi, so currently I use my PC as an audio mixer for my media room. This allows me to use 2 TVs and do things like switch one of my TVs to a console and still use my second TV for watching shows, Spotify, Discord, etc. Currently I use a sound card with SPDIF in (that I hook my main TV sound into) and can mix that audio level to a SPDIF out into my sound setup.

 

The issue is currently it only supports stereo on the input and I'd like to upgrade to at least 5.1 surround, ideally with DTS (unfortunately it looks like Atmos just won't be an option since it requires HDMI). I was wondering if anyone knew of a sound card that could pull this off and if there are any downsides?
