Samsung TV not being able to receive from PC after sleep.

So I just put a build together, the specs will be listed below, but my Samsung UN32EEH4000 TV (which I use as a monitor) won't take an output from it after waking up from sleep, and sleep only It jsut says: No Signal. If I hold the power button to restart it after attempting to wake it up, then it works fine and recognizes everything, if I shut it down and then boot it up, it also works. When I try to wake it up, it seems to be booting properly, it lights up and the fans all spin. Has anyone had this issue or does someone know the solution?

 

CPU: Intel Core i5 12600k oc'd to 4.9GHZ all core

GPU: iGPU

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15s

Motherboard: MSI Pro Z690-A

Ram: 32 gigabytes 3600mhz t-force (2x16)

Storage: 1tb WD Blue Sata SSD

PSU: Corsair CX650M

Try In advanced power settings turning off hybrid sleep.

Have you tried switching inputs on the TV, doesn't matter which one, then back to the input to for the PC? This is the annoying work around I've used for the PC I have that is hooked to a TV that dual boots Windows, works just fine in Linux though (which is what we do most everything in anyways).
