I'm new to pc hardware and stuff. I choosed random hardware. Can this fit in a good pc?

Budget (including currency): 200k Tk (BD) 2331.69 USD 

Country: Bangladesh  

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming and Video Editing

Other details I am a student and a new learner of pc and hardware. So I want to check how much I have learned. My wish is to make a decent gaming pc where i can video edit. I have no existing parts. So please check and recommend me parts if I can  use.
