Adaptec HBA 6805H compatibility

I have an adaptec 6805h hba that I'm planning to use for my new unraid nas storage server.

 

Currently I'm planning to use it with a ryzen 5 3400g with gigabyte ga-a320m- h motherboard but without any luck.

The card fails to initialise and the system boots without the card.

I've tried the card with an old intel 3rd gen i5(don't know the exact model no) with an Intel motherboard and the card initialises but when unraid boots, it boots with lots of errors and with default configuration with IP add in the 169 series seemingly giving me no access.

 

I'm stuck and Cannot figure out anything and want this server started as I've been delaying it since last 3-4 months and now I'm running out of storage.

 

I'm using 8 4tb hdd(6 from Seagate and 2 from WD)

These are surveillance drives but since I'm going to use it as a storage dump and not gonna have lot's of reads and writes so it's fine with me.
