Fair price for my system?

Like everyone else i have been looking for a new GPU for months now but haven't gotten lucky.the only way i see myself getting one is by buying a pre built even though i would much rather keep my PC and just upgrade the GPU (i just upgraded from an i3 6100 and added another 8gb of ram which cost me nearly 300 bucks). the only way i can afford that however is by selling my current rig. im not out to rip anyone off but ive spent a lot of time and money on this computer. as such i would like suggestions for the price i set on my used PC setup. thanks for any feedback specs are below!

 

i7 6700k overclocked to 4.5ghz

hyper 212 evo cpu cooler

asrock z170x1

msi gtx 960 2gb

2x8gb gskill 3200mhz ddr4

650watt 80 plus bronze psu

random ebay full atx tower case with 3 case fans

1tb 7200rpm hdd

windows 10 pro

wireless mouse and keyboard combo

 

i intend to sell it as a ready to go gaming pc with peripherals (minus monitor) whats a fair price to ask for this?

Based on the prices for those parts on eBay, you are looking at $450 to $500 for that PC if you want to sell it in my experience. I sell lots of PCs in my local area on Craigslist.
