Which GT630, the GDDR5 model? If it's DDR3 then a GT 730 1GB GDDR5 would be nice, otherwise dont upgrade.

I'd say get an older GTX card like the GTX 460, 550 Ti, 560, 570, or 660. Those can be found pretty cheap and used to be pretty good for gaming back then.

I didn't mention that one, but that is fine too. Similar to the others I mentioned.

Until last year I still used a GTX 560 in my other PC and it can still run games like GTA V on medium settings. Just not all games until 2016 might work because of the small 1GB VRAM. Sometimes even the newest drivers don't work with all games, because the card is pretty old. Just saying, but for 1GB cards they used to be pretty powerful, but also power hungry.

How much can you get it for?

Those settings should be fine for that card. $50 is a normal price nowadays, before the shortage you could get it for $10-$30.

You insinuate that there's a steep price drop for 64-bit cards. There isn't.

Cards rarely drop down below $50, so find the best thing you can get for $50 and laugh all the way to the bank. Go find a GTX 960 or some other Maxwell-based card. They aren't particularly good, but they're a LOT better than any GPU you're hoping to get. 😛
