The subtitles were automatically generated by YouTube and applied to the video. Opening in a different browser window won't change the subtitles in a video. Depending on the topic, audio quality, someone's accent, and how good YouTube's translator is automatically generated can be hit or miss. Sometimes the English captions on an English video are way off.

last time i made a video (a year ago) you chose what language you wanted to auto generate.
