Windows 11 and its taskbar

So something that was bad in win10 gets worse in win11.  That seems to be a common thing.  

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Try checking the overflow option in the taskbar setting to see if there is a switch for it.

It's because it going to be a master mute button. Didn't make it to official release. Insiders can enjoy it.

 

The button will hide itself when no program are using it.
