Model O sensor not working

I have had the model O for over a year now. When suddenly when I started the computer up the sensor stopped working meaning I couldn't move the cursor. The lights, side buttons, clicks and scroll wheel all work. Just the dpi button and the sensor isn't on.

I've been looking at fixes for awhile, I've tried the software update and it got stuck on "Waiting". I've tried other ports and other computers. I then found out that it worked for installing a model D bug fix would work, that installed the mouse went off. I replugged it in and installed the model D software but yet it still has the same problems.

Any help would be appreciated.
