MSI Afterburner Fan speed % doesn't match others

As said in the title the fan speed % in msi afterburner doesn't match the others like Aida64. Is it because the two fans are on seperate connectors inside the gpu and aida reports incorrectly?

Because by mathematics
If,

Fan Speed Highest=2850rpm
and Current=1720rpm

So Approx 40% comes out which means Afterburner and hwinfo percentage is nearer to the current % reported (Rpm is same in all apps).

So what is this issue? Because in my previous 1660s dual fan this issue was not present (it had both fans on a single connector).

It seems Aida is just picking up percentage wrong, probably because it has an incorrect max RPM. Afterburner and HWInfo both agree on the % so I'd trust those.

Also since there are two seperate fangs so I think the percentage is wrong. Anyways custom fan curves through msi afterburner should be safe I guess.
