Hello yesterday I was using my pc as normal and today won't turn on the led in the motherboard  dont shine.

I try the psu paper clip test and work I reset my cmos and nothing

Try the paper  clip test while the psu is connected to the motherboard and this turn on but when retire the clip dont work more.

Should I change the motherboard ?

Specs 

Motherboard Asus H110 -A/M.2.

Cpu intel core I5 6500

16 gb ram xpg adata

500 watts evga psu

Forgive me if I'm just not reading this correctly, but I'm really confused. I would make sure the PSU isn't bad. just because the PSU turns on doesn't mean all the rails are pushing the correct voltages or any at all. try another PSU if you have one.

But is more probable that the psu I'd the problem?

What's the rating on the PSU?  Bronze?  EVGAs Bronze supplies don't really seem to last all that long.  Forget about an unrated PSU.  Where possible, try to get at least Gold or Platinum.  An EVGA 600W Gold PSU can be had for $65 US (~58 EUR), but isn't modular if that's your thing.  However, if you have a good case, cable managing it isn't a problem.  I would put money on a PSU failing before a motherboard does, provided the board hasn't shorted due to overtightened standoffs.
