Universal PCI-E Slot Bracked?

Does any Company offer some Universal Slot Bracked who allow me (used) PCI-E Cards who have only a short Slot Bracked screw into the Universal one to give them support?

There are universal ones, without the slots coming off the existing case, using it is hard.

There's nothing to stop you from using cards with shorter PCIe connector on longer PCIe slots, no adapters needed.

Think they mean the actual bracket that mounts to the case, no the finger interface. 
And if thats the case its gonna be specific. Dont see many universal as it has to match the device and and potential connections.

Sure I cant plug them in since the Bracked is way to short for the full size Slot.
Without the Bracked the Card is haning down and damage the PCI-E Slot.

But what card is PCIe x1/x2/x4 whiile weighing so much that it bends the PCIe slot? Unless you dont lock it to the case I suppose
