unable to hold key, key press multiple times instead. any help?

on my dekstop, so when i press and hold windows key on keyboard, it will keep open and close  windows tab repeatedly until i realease the key. in game when i try to moove forward using w my character  try to dash instead. 

-  already try fixing using reset filter option

- my keyboard is new and  it working fine  when i  use it on my laptop. but when i connect to pc the problem occure.

Are you sure you don't have another key pressed down (like the ESCape key) 

 

You could try going in accessibility options and play with the repeat / delay options   (ease of access center > make my computer easier to use > make the keyboard easier to use

 

See there "Turn on Filter Keys"  and see "Keyboard settings"

nope, already toggle on/off all keyboard settings before, no difference.

already fix my problem, so the problem is not driver, keyboard or settings. its look like my usb port on my motherboard got problem on something about volt or power i dont know for sure, but i change my keyboard to wireless now it work just fine. hope it usefull (somehow)
