Just now, AndreiArgeanu said:

According to Sony a solid white light means that the console is functioning normally, that usually means either a broken HDMI port or broken HDMI IC which is fairly common, either way repairing would require soldering. Check the HDMI port for any dirt or physical damage, maybe try and carefully clean it.

thanks could the overheating have damaged the HDMI port it also makes strange noises and beeps

It probably is overheating combined with another issue, maybe the HDMI port died or something. crack that thing up let it sit for a few days

Reminder⚠️

I'm just speaking from experience so what I say may not work 100%

Please try searching up the answer before you post here but I am always glad to help
