r9 280x Dtected and driver timeout error

Hello new to computer here
I have problem with my r9 280x, intially it was running just fine (playing dota for 4h and few csgo deathmatch) without any overheat issue whatsoever, but few hour before i wrote this topic my graphic card suddenly stop working (driver used: "non-whql-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-21.5.1-win10-64bit-may6"), with error massage "We're detected an driver timeout error on your system. An error log has been created. This error log may help the AMD to fix the error" i just brushed it off for few time but it got worse, it starting to get force close and freeze to Restarting by itself, after that i tried to change my driver to "radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-21.4.1-win10-64bit-apr20" but nothing changed (keep in mid that all of this happend while my GPU at 40 degree C). So i took my time to read and tried few step that listed in "https://linustechtips.com/topic/1280618-what-causing-this-amd-driver-timeout-error/" , but new problem occur, after Uninstalling my "radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-21.4.1-win10-64bit-apr20" driver using DDU, i tried to install "Win10-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2019-Edition-19.12.1-Dec2" Driver version but got this error massage instead "RadeonSettings.exe - Entry Point Not found" but it still says that driver already installed (I check that via Task manager and GPU-Z) anybody know how to fix this problem?

Let me start by saying, dont follow random suggestions when it comes to AMD drivers. Especially that guy's as we told him for 6 months straight that this issue was caused by his overheating card and he constantly claimed it wasnt, I edited my post to also reflect that. Second, download DisplayDriverUninstaller and uninstall your AMD graphics driver and install the latest WHQL driver that card has.

Well first of all at the time error occur it doesnt even reach 70' C so i doesnt believe it was hardware issue
and i tried to install latest WHQL and still the same problem occur

FYI, your GPU core is not the only thing that can overheat. VRMs and VRAMs of the older cards are the most likely culprit because people dont change thermal pads or change them with proper ones. IF you tried using DDU and doing a clean install of AMD WHQL driver, you can set your fans to 100% and see if its any better.
