Static pressure is already not scaling very well when going from a 120x25mm fan to 140x25mm.

A thin 140mm fan has a similar but worse situation with static pressure.

Where are you planning to use a slim 140mm fan? How much clearance is available?

I have a slim 120 Corsair fan in the bottom of my case, and it's like barely any airflow at max rpm (1800 rpm)

I've removed the AIO from the H1 case and I have a full watercooled system.  where the old 140mm fan/rad used to be I want to install a slim fan to blow some air on the motherboard. I have around 15mm space after the new CPU/pump/fittings block

I'll try and post images tonight

the distance to where i want the air to hit is low so as long as its something lol

The Corsair slim I have I think might fit in there, it might be a 17mm, but going through a rad with it would be very unwise. It has about the same airflow as the 80mm fan from 1997 that was in the case I salvaged. The slim is running in DC mode at 1800rpm. It's also very not quiet at that speed.

Here's a better photo. It doesn't have the radiator there anymore.

The Thermaltake Luna 14 Slim LED is an option. https://www.thermaltake.com/luna-14-slim-led-blue.html

I guess you could also try double sided tape to hold it there?

That's what i am doing with a 90mm fan taped onto a 120mm radiator. because i cant fit a 120mm fan.

It actually holds it in place a lot better than i expected.
