I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 laptop with an Intel i5-9300H CPU. Recently I've been having a lot of issues with thermal throttling when playing CS2 and DBD. I decided to look into undervolting again and see if it's actually working. When deciding to tweak the voltages I noticed that no matter how low I set the voltage offset, it's always stable and doesn't crash. A few years ago, when I was configuring it for the first time, that didn't happen.
Does that mean that there is an issue with my undervolt?

Also, in AIDA64 I can still see that the voltages are changing when I change the offset.
I've attached screenshots of throttlestop in case any of my settings are incorrect.
