Surface studio laptop help

I'm in the market for a new laptop. So far I'm leaning towards the surface studio laptop. I just can decide if I should pick the Nvidia or Intel Iris X. I will be using this laptop for primarily college work, writing papers, note taking, and such. But I do want to be able to play some games mostly League of Legends and Genshin Impact. Thanks in advance.

This is overkill for your needs honestly.

For the cost, you could get a top end ultrabook with a graphics card and an ipad for notetaking and still pay less.
